RutLock Technology respects your privacy and gives you the ability to request deletion of your RutLock account and associated account data.

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your RutLock account, please email:

support.rutlock@gmail.com

Use the subject line:

RutLock Account Deletion Request

Please send the request from the email address associated with your RutLock account and include the email address used to sign in to RutLock.

After receiving your request, we may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the deletion.

What Will Be Deleted

When your RutLock account is deleted, we will delete or remove account-associated data maintained by RutLock, which may include:

• Your RutLock account and authentication information

• Your account profile information

• Saved hunting properties

• Saved stands and map markers

• RutLock cloud-synced hunting data associated with your account

• Account-associated settings and preferences

• Other user-created data associated with your RutLock account that is stored by RutLock

Data stored only locally on your device may need to be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's local storage.

Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or regulatory purposes.

Any information retained for these purposes will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to satisfy those obligations and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Processing Time

We will process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period of time after receiving the request.

Once deletion is completed, the deleted account and associated data may not be recoverable.

Delete Your Account From the RutLock App

RutLock also provides, or will provide prior to public release, an account deletion option from within the app.

Navigate to:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Follow the on-screen instructions to request or complete deletion of your RutLock account and associated data.
